Summer of 2017

A day trip by ferry from Helsinki, Finland to Tallinn, Estonia, the capital on the Baltic Sea. Tallinn retains its walled, cobblestoned Old Town, home to cafes and shops.                                                    

Sailed on the Silja Symphony ferry for the 16 hour overnight trip from Stockholm to Helsinki. Finland’s southern capital, Helsinki sits on a peninsula in the Gulf of Finland.                            The Church of the Rock is a Lutheran church built underground directly into solid rock          Forty 7-foot tall seal sculptures, created by Finnish artists, are displayed in Senate Square as a reminder to protect the Baltic Sea                                  

Stockholm, the capital of Sweden, encompasses 14 islands and more than 50 bridges on an extensive Baltic Sea archipelago.                                   p
